A delicious recipe for all strawberry lovers!
The day before cut the leg into 4 x 5 cm pieces and put in the marinade (spices, white wine, water), add 4 juniper berries. The next day put everything in a casserole dish, cover and simmer for 5 hours. 5 minutes before the end of cooking add 6 juniper berries. Serve hot with steamed potatoes.
