For the Cookie Monster Muffins, preheat the oven to 180 °C and place paper cups in the muffin tray. Cream butter with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Stir in egg yolks one at a time until well blended. Stir in Qimiq well. Mix flour, cocoa and baking powder, sift into the batter and stir in with the rum (or milk).
Beat the 3 egg whites and fold into the mixture. Divide into the muffin cups and bake for about 20 minutes (test with chopsticks).
Preparation Tip:
Can also be baked as a cake or Gugelhupf - then takes about 55 minutes. After baking still decorate as desired - such as this crumb monster muffins on the photo.
